Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of our newspaper-generation app and related services (the
"Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts
- Using the Service requires registering with an email address.
- You agree to keep your registration information accurate and current.
- You may delete your account at any time from within the app.
- Automatic deletion of inactive accounts. We may also delete inactive accounts automatically: a paid account one (1) year after its subscription ends, and a free account that never subscribed 30 days after its free trial ends. This deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. See the Privacy Policy (§7) for details.
2. Fees and Subscriptions
- Core features are available for free. Certain features (such as extra editions and the use of photos) require a paid plan.
- In-app purchases on iOS are processed through Apple's In-App Purchase. Billing, renewal, and cancellation are governed by your Apple account settings. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Except as required by applicable law or the rules of the relevant platform, fees paid are non-refundable.
3. Your Content and Responsibilities
- You represent that you own or are otherwise permitted to use the text, photos, and videos you submit.
- If you submit photos that include other people, or other people's personal information (including names), you are responsible for obtaining any consent required from those individuals.
- You are responsible for the content you submit.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You must not use the Service to violate any law, infringe others' rights, use others'
photos or personal information without authorization, interfere with or misuse the
Service, or engage in any conduct we reasonably consider inappropriate.
5. AI-Generated Content
The Service uses generative AI to create text and other content. Output may be
inaccurate or inappropriate, and we do not warrant its accuracy, completeness, or
fitness for any purpose. You use generated content at your own discretion and risk.
6. Intellectual Property
Rights in the Service itself belong to us or our licensors. You retain your rights in
the content you submit, and you grant us the rights necessary to operate and provide the
Service to you.
7. Changes, Suspension, and Termination
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, with or
without notice.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by
applicable law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability
to use, the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under applicable
consumer-protection law that cannot be waived.

10. Governing Law and Forum
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario
and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws
rules. The courts located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada have exclusive jurisdiction over
disputes relating to the Service, subject to any non-waivable rights you have under
applicable law.

本規約は、当社の新聞生成アプリおよび関連サービス(以下「本サービス」といいます)のご利用に適用されます。
本サービスをご利用いただくことにより、お客様は本規約に同意したものとします。
1. アカウント
- 本サービスのご利用には、メールアドレスによる登録が必要です。
- 登録情報を正確かつ最新の状態に保つことに同意していただきます。
- アプリ内からいつでもアカウントを削除できます。
- 休止アカウントの自動削除。 当社は、サブスクリプション終了から1年(1)経過した有料アカウント、および無料トライアル終了から30日経過した(一度も有料登録をしていない)無料アカウントについても、自動的に削除する場合があります。この削除は完全なものであり、取り消すことはできません。詳細はプライバシーポリシー(第7条)をご参照ください。
2. 料金およびサブスクリプション
- 基本機能は無料でご利用いただけます。一部の機能(追加のエディションや写真の利用など)は有料プランが必要です。
- iOSでのアプリ内購入は、AppleのIn-App Purchaseを通じて処理されます。請求、更新、および解約は、お客様のApple IDアカウント設定に従います。サブスクリプションは、現在の期間終了の少なくとも24時間前に解約されない限り、自動的に更新されます。
- 適用法または該当プラットフォームの規則で求められる場合を除き、支払われた料金は返金されません。
3. お客様のコンテンツと責任
- お客様は、送信するテキスト、写真、動画について、その利用権限を有していること、または利用が許諾されていることを保証するものとします。
- 他の人物が写っている写真、または他人の個人情報(氏名を含みます)を送信する場合、当該人物から必要な同意を取得する責任はお客様にあります。
- お客様は、送信するコンテンツについて責任を負います。
4. 禁止行為
お客様は、本サービスを利用して、法令に違反する行為、他者の権利を侵害する行為、他者の写真や個人情報を
無断で利用する行為、本サービスの妨害・悪用、その他当社が不適切と合理的に判断する行為を行ってはなりません。
5. AI生成コンテンツ
本サービスは、テキストその他のコンテンツを生成するために生成AIを使用します。出力内容は不正確または
不適切な場合があり、当社はその正確性、完全性、または特定目的への適合性を保証しません。生成された
コンテンツのご利用は、お客様ご自身の判断と責任で行っていただきます。
6. 知的財産権
本サービス自体に関する権利は、当社または当社にライセンスを許諾する者に帰属します。お客様は、
送信するコンテンツについての権利を保持し、当社が本サービスを運営し、お客様に提供するために必要な権利を
当社に許諾するものとします。
7. 変更、停止、および終了
当社は、本サービスの全部または一部について、通知の有無にかかわらず、変更、停止、または中止することが
あります。
8. 免責事項および責任の制限
本サービスは「現状有姿」および「提供可能な範囲で」提供されます。適用法で許容される最大限の範囲において、
当社は、お客様による本サービスの利用または利用不能から生じるいかなる損害についても責任を負いません。
本規約のいかなる規定も、放棄できない適用消費者保護法上の権利を制限するものではありません。
9. プライバシー
個人情報の取り扱いについては、プライバシーポリシーをご参照ください。
10. 準拠法および裁判管轄
本規約は、オンタリオ州法およびそこに適用されるカナダ連邦法に準拠し、抵触法の原則にかかわらず解釈される
ものとします。本サービスに関連する紛争については、お客様が適用法上放棄できない権利を有する場合を除き、
カナダ・オンタリオ州トロント所在の裁判所が専属的管轄権を有します。
